A touch of sexism at CNN?
CNN has taken lots of flak for its cheesy technology stunts on election night such as holograms and multitouch interactive screens. One observant friend who watched the election with me pointed out that the touchscreens were exclusively used by the men. Every time the touchscreen was used, Campbell Brown or Soledad O’Brien would stand idly next to the screen as the men wowed them with technology. It almost seemed like the women weren’t allowed to come near the touchscreen, lest they break it or not know how to use it. Did anyone else notice this?
